OPENVIEW PARTICIPATED FTA/BSCI TRAINER'S DAY IN HONG KONG

OPENVIEW has been engaging with FTA/BSCI for its local producer capacity building program since 2014.
FTA/BSCI launched BEPI in 2014 and has just launched new capacity building platform, the FTA Academy.

On February 26, Openview team participated BSCI annually Trainer’s Day in HK. For the year of 2016, FTA/BSCI expects the local service providers and partners to continuously relay its core values (Continuous Improvement, Empowerment and Cooperation) and principles to its participants and producers.
In this regard, Openview as BSCI partner, contributes to the development and localization of BSCI training materials and methodologies (“Getting Started with BSCI”) in China, Pakistan, Indonesia Thailand and Vietnam. During the Trainer’s Day, Mr. Jesse Shi, Openview Founder and Executive Director shared Openview’s core values of Win-Win-Win with peer trainers. Mr. Donald Chen, Openview Senior Compliance Manager, shared his observation of the learners’ key take-aways in the past year, and suggestions on effectively improvement of the workshop in the 2016.
